Do I need to book classes in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking your spot in advance as our classes can fill up, especially during peak times. You can book through our mobile app, website, or at the front desk up to 7 days in advance.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout attire. We provide all necessary equipment including yoga mats, weights, and cycling shoes. According to Mayo Clinic, proper hydration is essential during exercise.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

What's your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 3 hours before class start time to avoid being charged. Late cancellations will result in a class credit being deducted from class packs or a $15 fee for drop-in reservations.
